Notice for the Final Term Pre Examination PTM

PTM Dates: 

May 4, 9am-1pm (Saturday)

Dear Parents,

Please join us on Campus May 4, Saturday for the Final Term Pre-Examination PTM to be held from 9 am to 1 pm.

You can meet with the Class Teachers in their respective Homerooms for the time mentioned.

Many of the Class Teachers are also Subject teachers, so parents would need to follow the Classroom / Class Teacher list to meet with those teachers. If a subject teacher is unavailable at the time, you can also discuss the academic concerns with the Dean of Academics, Ms Sangeeta Taunk. For administrative and other concerns, you can meet with the Section Head, Ms Shegufta Hasan Khan.

When you visit the campus on May 4, directions and a list of teachers assigned to classrooms will be posted near the entrance and the Lifts so that you can find the subject teachers who are assigned to different classrooms.

We look forward to your presence at the Parent Teacher Meeting. This meeting will facilitate a personal interaction with you, your child and the teachers. We look forward to discussing the well-being and academic progress of your child with you.

প্রিয় অভিভাবকগণ,

4 May,(শনিবার),  সকাল ৯টা থেকে দুপুর ১টা পর্যন্ত অনুষ্ঠিতব্য  শেষ মেয়াদের পরীক্ষা পূর্ব পিটিএম এ  অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে যোগ দিন।

 

আপনি উল্লিখিত সময়ে নিজ নিজ হোমরুমে শ্রেণি শিক্ষকদের সাথে দেখা করতে পারেন।

অভিভাবকরা বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের শিক্ষকদের সাথে দেখা করতে শ্রেণীকক্ষ/গ্রেড শিক্ষকদের তালিকা অনুসরণ করবেন। সেই সময়ে যদি কোনো বিষয়ের শিক্ষক অনুপস্থিত থাকেন, তাহলে আপনি একাডেমিক অ্যাফেয়ার্সের ডিন মিসেস সঙ্গীতা টাঙ্কের সঙ্গেও আলোচনা করতে পারেন। প্রশাসনিক এবং অন্যান্য উদ্বেগের জন্য, আপনি উচ্চ মাধ্যমিকের প্রধান, মিসেস শেগুফতা হাসান খানের সাথে যোগাযোগ করতে পারেন।

শ্রেণিকক্ষের জন্য নির্ধারিত শিক্ষকদের নির্দেশাবলী এবং একটি তালিকা প্রবেশপথ এবং লিফটের পাশে দেয়া থাকবে যাতে বিভিন্ন শ্রেণিকক্ষে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন বিষয়ের শিক্ষকদের সহজে খুঁজে পেতে পারেন।

আমরা পিটিএম এ আপনার উপস্থিতি কামনা করছি। এই মিটিং আপনার,আপনার সন্তান এবং শিক্ষকদের সাথে ব্যক্তিগত যোগাযোগ সহজতর করবে। আমরা আপনার সন্তানের মঙ্গল এবং শিক্ষাগত অগ্রগতি নিয়ে আলোচনা করতে আগ্রহী।
