JUNIOR CAMPUS

The Junior Campus is located in a landscaped campus area of 3 bighas at Plot 4, Sector 6, Road 13, Shahajalal Avenue, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka. The Junior Section comprises Nursery to Grade IV.

SENIOR CAMPUS

The Senior Campus comprises Grade V to Grade XII.  The Senior School is a campus area of 4 bighas located at Plot-ED-01, Road-1, Sector-15, Uttara Model Town, Dhaka.

Both Senior and Junior campuses are equipped with modern IT-based learning facilities including distance classroom connectivity. Additional features include modern Science Laboratories, Libraries, Computer Labs, soundproof Music rooms, Art and Dance rooms. The campuses are designed especially for Indoor Sports facilities, in addition to a large Auditorium with a phenomenal sound system that can house up to 500 guests. We also have swimming pools in both the campuses.

Both the Campuses of the school are British Council affiliated venues for Cambridge and Edexcel Exams. DPS STS School is an authorized venue for training of Cambridge Teachers as well. It is also an IELTS exam venue for its students. 

Computer Labs

The School has seven computer labs which are all state-of-the-art. Each lab has thirty-one PCs and all are connected with LAN and internet.

Educational Software & Smart Classrooms

We are using Educational software to provide technology-based education to the students in their classrooms. Apart from that we are using our own School Management system, Google apps for Education and Office 365 cloud-based service.
We are using Interactive smart class system in each & every classroom. It provides tools and content for interactive self-paced learning by students, as well as rich-media presentations for teacher-led classroom learning. Teachers may also include their own learning materials for use for their students.
We have our online learning programme where we conduct our online classes through Google classroom for distance learning. Both synchronous and asynchronous classes can be conducted through our online platform.

Libraries

The School has a well-equipped library managed by qualified librarians. The library is well equipped with a vast variety of books, journals, reference books, encyclopedias, educational DVDs and a diverse collection of children’s films. The library has internet connection, and students have regular library periods so that they can make the best use of the library’s resources.

Medical Services

The School has appointed a full time, qualified Nurse who comes well equipped with first aid materials. Assistance from the Nurse is available during School hours in the Sick Room.

Sports Facilities

The School has a Basketball Court and an Indoor playing area where Table Tennis, Carrom Board, Chess etc. are always available for students. This area is also used for Physical Training, Athletics and Exercise. The Pre-Primary children have their separate play area fitted with outdoor equipment; including sand pits and swings alongside many other safe and enjoyable play structures.

Auditorium

All cultural activities, debates, dance and music competitions are conducted in the Auditorium. The Auditorium contains cutting edge audio equipment designed especially for theatrical performances and can entertain 500 people at a time. The School has an auditorium with changing rooms for both boys and girls.

Main Hall/Audio Visual Room

Though all classrooms are equipped with projectors, computers etc., there is a separate audio-visual room with a seating capacity of about 80. This is where students can watch educational films, entertaining movies and insightful documentaries.

Laboratories

The School has well-equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Geography separately. All labs have necessary equipment for conducting experiments and demonstrations.
