Notice for the Mid Term /Screening Post Examination PTM

Grades: 5-12

Session: 2022-23

PTM Date: December 22, 9am-1pm (Thursday)

Dear Parents,

Please join us on Campus December 22, Thursday for the Mid Term / Screening Post-Examination PTM to be held from 9 am to 1 pm. No Classes will be held on that day. Mid-Term / Screening Exam Results will be provided online (ERP) on December 22, after 3 pm.

You can meet with the Class Teachers in their respective Homerooms for the time mentioned.

Parents who have children in both Junior and Senior Sections, need to join the PTM early from 9 am sharp so that they can visit both campuses to meet with the subject teachers.

Many of the Class Teachers are also Subject teachers, so parents would need to follow the Classroom / Class Teacher list to meet with the subject teachers. To meet with any other teacher, you can ask the Class Teacher, Section Head or Reception Desk.

When you visit the campus on December 22, directions and a list of teachers assigned to classrooms will be posted near the entrance and the Lifts so that you can find the subject teachers who are assigned to different classrooms.

We look forward to your presence at the Parent Teacher Meeting. This meeting will facilitate a personal interaction with you, your child and the teachers. We look forward to discussing the well-being and academic progress of your child with you.

 প্রিয় অভিভাবকগণ,

22 ডিসেম্বর,বৃহস্পতিবার, সকাল ৯টা থেকে দুপুর ১টা পর্যন্ত অনুষ্ঠিতব্য ২য় সাময়িক পরীক্ষার পিটিএম এ  অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সাথে যোগ দিন। ওই দিন কোনো ক্লাস হবে না। Mid-Term/ Screening পরীক্ষার ফলাফল 22 ডিসেম্বর বিকাল 3 টার পর অনলাইনে (ERP) প্রদান করা হবে।

আপনি উল্লিখিত সময়ে নিজ নিজ হোমরুমে শ্রেণি শিক্ষকদের সাথে দেখা করতে পারেন।

যে অভিভাবকদের জুনিয়র এবং সিনিয়র উভয় বিভাগেই সন্তান রয়েছে, তাদের সকাল 9 টা থেকে PTM-এ যোগ দিতে হবে যাতে তারা বিষয় শিক্ষকদের সাথে দেখা করতে উভয় ক্যাম্পাসে যেতে পারেন।

বিভিন্ন বিষয়ের শিক্ষকদের সাথে দেখা করার জন্য অভিভাবকগন শ্রেণিকক্ষ/শ্রেণি শিক্ষকদের তালিকা অনুসরণ করবেন। অন্য কোন শিক্ষকের সাথে দেখা করতে শ্রেণি শিক্ষক,বিভাগীয় প্রধান বা অভ্যর্থনা কেন্দ্রকে জিজ্ঞাসা করতে পারেন।

শ্রেণিকক্ষের জন্য নির্ধারিত শিক্ষকদের নির্দেশাবলী এবং একটি তালিকা প্রবেশপথ এবং লিফটের পাশে দেয়া থাকবে যাতে বিভিন্ন শ্রেণিকক্ষে ভিন্ন ভিন্ন বিষয়ের শিক্ষকদের সহজে খুঁজে পেতে পারেন।
