Dear Parents,
Please be informed that the Report Cards for First Term Examination will be published in the ERP on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at the end of the work day.
Please also be informed that the First Term post-examination PTM ( Grades 5 to 12 ) of the new academic session 2021-22 will be held virtually according to the following schedule:
Middle Section (G5-7):
7th October 2021 (Thursday) from 9:00 am – 2:20 pm
and 9th October 2021 (Saturday) from 9:00 am – 2:45 pm.
Senior Section (G8-12):
7th October 2021 (Thursday) from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm
and 9th October 2021 (Saturday) from 9:00 am – 11am and 12:40 pm onwards (as required).
There will be no classes held on Thursday, October 7, 2021.
As this is an online PTM, Class teachers will meet with each student / parent for 10 minutes. The time slots are fixed according to the roll numbers and will be emailed to each of the parents. we urge you to maintain the time frame provided to you so that all parents can join the PTM.
You will meet with the Class Teacher to discuss relevant subject related and other issues. If you do want to meet with a specific subject teacher, please inform the Class teacher so that the subject teacher can communicate or meet with you later at another time convenient for both. You can also email to the Section Heads, Academic Deans/ Assistant Dean on any other issues.
Please join the PTM with your ward’s school email ID as per the allotted time slot set for you to avoid any inconvenience.
